What is an NDIS Provider? 

NDIS providers are organisations that have met strict requirements set by the NDIA regarding qualifications, approvals, experience and capacity. This makes it easier for the participants of the NDIS to find products and services that are trustworthy and a reliable provider. As Instant Security Systems and SoloSafe are an NDIS provider, participants are able to recieve funding for our products and services as long as they have funds available in the Core Support or Assist Prod-Pers Care/Safety and assistive technology. 

Why should I get a SoloSafe device? 

Instant Security Systems have many clients in the disability sector. Our aim is to help those live their life with greater peace of mind that should they need help, we are there 24/7. Our SoloSafe personal emergency device is easily activated with a single button, giving the user 2-way communication to our operators and dispatching the right emergency services or nominated key holders. Our team are there for you day or night - 24/7. 

How do I include a SoloSafe device in my NDIS plan? 

.Once you or your client have identified their goals as a part of their NDIS plan, the next step is to search for the right organisation to provide the services and products to support these goals. If they would like to include a SoloSafe Personal Emergency Device in the NDIS plan, then funds need to be available in the Core Support Assist Prod-Pers Care/Safety and assistive technologies categories.
