This standard ensures that all Alarm activations whether being a low or high priority are responded to within the required time frame. Regular independant audits are carried out to ensure that these strict guidelines are being met which means the customer will receive the highest level of Monitoring Services at all times.

Remote Arming & Code Changes
Interactive simply means that we can communicate with your Security System from our Control Station via the telephone line. Many of our existing clients take advantage of this service as it has saved them hundreds of dollars per year by enabling basic programming changes from the Monitoring Centre rather then paying for a technician to attend site. Not only is there monetary saving, you will also save valuable time.
Remote Arming of your Security System
Forgotten to turn your Alarm System on, don't worry, simply contact our 24 hour Central Monitoring Control Station and we will get interactive with your Security System and turn it on for you, FREE of charge.
Code Changes
Take the hassle out of adding or deleting codes for new or old staff members (Business Alarm), or friends or family members (Home Alarm). Contact our base and we will get interactive with your Security System and change codes as required without sending a technician to site.
